Normally I don’t post on business issues, but ACS is the company Robin and I have been working for for neary two decades. It’ll be interesting to see how this merger affects us over the next several months. Hopefully it’ll all be good. God has His plan.

The transaction has been approved by both companies’ boards and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2010. ACS will continue to operate as an independent company and will be marketed under the brand of ACS, a Xerox Co.
