Tim is a freelance journalist and creative writer living in Grapevine, Texas who also works a full time job as an information technology service delivery manager.

He enjoys riding his Triumph Rocket III, woodworking, and making his Grandson, Jade, giggle. Tim has published over 200 articles and stories online and in print. His articles at the Yahoo! Contributor Network (formerly Associated Content) alone have been viewed over a quarter million times.

He and his wonderful wife, Robin, have a menagerie of pets, including:

A narcissistic cat that matches the Pit Bull in daily accomplishments
A wolf-whistling cockatiel that never shuts up and has lived 23 years; and continues to do so, evidently out of spite
A Belgian Sheep Dog named Noah

Previous careers include welder, survey crew chief, and police K9 officer. He currently works for Affiliated Computer Services, A Xerox Company at the Zale account on top of blogging, contributing articles to Associated Content, and special assignments for magazines.

A native Texan, born in Fort Worth 40+ years ago, he has lived in various nearby cities, including Greenville, Mesquite, Garland, and Dallas. He has refused, on several occasions, to live anywhere outside the Great State of Texas.
